We are quietly situated over-looking Goodrington Sands but within 10 minutes walking distance of Paignton Harbour and Paignton Sea-front. We have free on-site parking for all our guests and for those without cars there are superb travel links: bus and coach station (short taxi ride or 10 minutes walk); coach trips throughout Devon and Cornwall, all-year regular Bayline bus service (5 minutes walk) with Rover passes available, Steam Train trips, boat trips along the coast and up the Dart, ferry boats across the bay, cycle-hire locally and Exeter Airport (Fly-be) approx one hour away by car.
We offer rooms with bath/shower or just shower, sea views, ground floor rooms, family, double and single rooms. All our rooms are individual and priced according to facilities etc. Full details and pricing are on our comprehensive website. We allow well-behaved dogs in some rooms.
Breakfast is substantial and varied and includes a good range of gluten-free products as well as vegetarian and dairy-free options. We offer packed lunches (inc. gluten-free options). We offer evening meals (for full details click on the link to our website or ring for availability). All items on our menus are clearly labelled gluten-free, vegetarian or dairy-free as appropriate.
There is a gluten-free restaurant nearby and a fish and chip shop to provide that quintessential English seaside treat but with gluten-free option too! Gluten-free cream teas available nearby too.
We have a garden for you to relax in when not enjoying the many local attractions or vast choice of beaches, coves and wild places like Dartmoor. Plenty to do come rain or shine! Here in The English Riviera Spring and Autumn breaks are ideal for walking, strolling or sightseeing. Many attractions and events are open all year eg Paignton Zoo and Kent’s Caverns and a wide range of cultural, musical and food festivals are offered all year.
